Also, I have been getting a lot of emails about the SQL script missing from the MSDN downloads. If you are planning to play with the framework and need the SQL schema and the stored procs, download 'em from here.

WSPS - Web Services Provisioning System - An integrated platform where you can Publish, Subscribe, Rate, Meter and Secure your Web Services.
This platform provides services to Web Services Providers and Web Services Consumers in the Application Service Provider model.

Web Service Provider Sevices:

• Secure Web Services - Restrict Access to your Web Services
• Rate Web Services - Assign Provision Models and Pricing Models
• Meter Web Services - View Usage Reports

Web Service Consumer Services:

• Subscribe to Web Services - Find and Bind to Web Services
• Consume Web Services - Assign Billing Models
• Meter  Web Services - View Usage Reports
• Secure Web Services - Restrict Access to your Subscribed Web Services
  

Web Service Provisioning System is the platform built on top of eSynaps Web Services Provision Framework.

1. No Session Support
2. No Transactional Support
3. No support for Custom Web Service Handlers
4. Limited Security model - Only IP Level is supported
5. No Billing Engine
